ADULTS competition COURSE
An intensive course to master Slalom
5 TO 6 DAYS COURSE, ONLY DURING THE FRENCH SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.

Our courses are split into 3 levels:
- Perfectionnement (Improvement): Morning course from 09.00am to 01.00pm, Level Bronze Flèche and up (Lift Pass recommended: Monêtier)
- Performance: All day long from 09.00am to 05.00pm, Level Silver Flèche and up (Lift Pass recommended: Serre Chevalier)
What you will learn:
- Skiing on all snow types
- Intense technical sessions with video analysis
- Slalom (Chamois) and Giant Slalom (Flèche) training
- Inscription to all timed tests (Chamois and Flèche) during the week
- For the ESF Club: week-end training, participation to the National ESF races at the end of the season (Gold Star, Golden Ski, Golden Cock)
